We do hope you and your flatmates have a lot of fun while you are abroad, and for this reason, we have partnered with event organizations and bars- and has you’ll discover our cities, in general, have many great clubs! 😊

We kindly ask you to respect your flatmates and neighbors’ peace. We have very well-located flats, and for that reason, most of them are situated in Residential buildings and neighborhoods with families, let’s share love and respect!

A penalty can be applied in case you go against the house rules and, above all if you break the safety rules of your house or the building.
