To secure your room, you will need to make advance payment(s).
Your initial payment will be processed on the Student Room Flat website via credit card. This payment will always cover the booking fees & processing fees, deposit and/or first month’s rent. A payment link will be sent to you via email once your booking request has been submitted.
If the first rent payment is required via SRF, along with the deposit, a second payment to finalize your booking will be requested through the platform, no later than 15 days before your arrival. This payment will cover the first month’s rent. Please ensure that both the payer and payee’s processing fees are fully covered.
The amount for the first rent payment and the bank account details for your host will be sent to you by email after your initial payment is made.
For last-minute bookings (less than 15 days before the start of the contract), you will need to pay the required advance payments, booking fees, and processing fees all at once to confirm your booking.
According to your host’s rental conditions, as outlined in the advertisement, direct payment may be required. Please review the details provided and ensure that you meet the specified deadlines.
