To book your room you have to make 2 payments:
- Your first payment will be made on Student Room Flat website by credit card. It will cover Student Room Flat booking fees & your apartment deposit & credit card fees.
A link to pay will be sent to you by email following your booking request.
- Your second payment to secure your booking will be paid to your Host bank account directly maximum of 15 days before your arrival. It will cover your first rent. Make sure you cover all bank transfer fees (payer and payee’s part).
The amount of the first rent to pay and the bank account details of your Host will be communicated to you by email after your first payment will be made.
For last-minute bookings (less than 15 days before the beginning of the contract), you will have to make the 2 payments at the same time to confirm your booking.
