We require some standards for landlords who list their properties on our platform. All the apartments must be furnished, including WIFI and essential appliances and equipment, covering common areas and rooms.
Each bedroom offers at least a bed with a mattress, a wardrobe and/or shelves. A duvet and pillow, bed sheets and towels are not provided in most cases, being a special touch if offered.
The host has to tag icons or describe in the advertisement description all the building, flat, and room features, these details are displayed on our website and will be summarized on tenant/host space.
