Who keeps my deposit?

If applied by your host as an advance payment, Student Room Flat collects your deposit upon booking confirmation and keeps it until 48 hours after your arrival.

If you do not report a major problem to us concerning your apartment, we will send it to your landlord, as the standard procedure.
