You will be asked to pay the first month of rent (which can be equal to one month or more) at least two weeks before your arrival.
If the first month’s rent is not collected by SRF, but by your host, you have to confirm the payment on your host bank account (available in your tenant space).
Payment for your further monthly rent should be always made directly to your host’s bank account.
For all payments, make sure you cover all bank transfer fees (payer and payee’s part).
