You’re responsible for providing to the Host information regarding your arrival date and time in order to facilitate an easy and successful move in!
You need to confirm with the Host at least seven days before the lease start date, otherwise, the Host will not be able to guarantee availability at the day and time you requested. For these reasons, it’s important to fill in as soon as possible your arrival date and time in your customer space, in your booking, on the “Arrival date” tab. Make sure you fill in all the information requested in your tenant space.
If your Host agrees with it, it will be marked as accepted! If it has not been accepted, you should contact your Host by email in order to agree on the day and time for the arrival as soon as possible.
