How do I organize my departure with my Host?

You are responsible for providing information regarding your departure date and time in order to make your departure from the flat as easy and successful and possible. You must agree with the Host at least two weeks before the lease termination date, otherwise the Host will not be able to guarantee availability at the day and time you requested. You have to remember to fill in as soon as possible its departure date and time in its customer space, in its booking, on the “Departure date” tab. If your Host agreed with it, it will be marked as accepted. If it has not been accepted, you should contact your Host by email in order to agree on the day and time for the departure.
