Our booking team takes care of the communication with the tenants and the entire booking process.
When the booking process is finalized, it comes to the arrival & departure – process, which needs to be taken care of by the host or host representative.
Check the My Agenda section of your host space where you can find two different tabs with the ‘next departures’ and ‘next arrivals’.
We urge you to confirm beforehand the meeting point, date/time, and later on the handover protocols, and papers at the stage of move-in. It’s highly recommended not to host any tenant without signatures confirmed on the lease agreement.
At the stage of move-out, review your conditions before the tenant’s departure, so you can make sure the property check and deposit refund processes go smoothly.
