What will happen if I do not pay the first rent at least two weeks before my arrival?

If the payment of the first rent remains unpaid 2 weeks before your arrival, Student Room Flat will have to, unfortunately, cancel your booking. Please remember that we will keep your booking fees and we will have to send your deposit to your landlord to compensate for the loss resulting from the late cancellation of your booking.
