- Go to Account on www.student-room-flat.com
- Click on the wheel situated on your picture/avatar on the top left of the page
- Deselect the box SMS below the section “Messages, notifications & reminders”
If you are still receiving messages from Student Room Flat after deselecting, please reach out us by email support@student-room-flat.com
You cannot switch off communication with Student Room Flat via email and Phone call for your security. As we may need to communicate with you regarding your account, your booking, legal notifications, and customer support requests.
