What happens if my landlord did not keep the room I booked for me?

As we ask you to commit to rent the room you booked, we ask your host to commit as well and we make sure he keeps the room we booked for you.  

If exceptionally your host cannot welcome you in the room you booked (most of the time because of unexpected damage in your room or flat), Student Room Flat makes sure we either find you another room at similar conditions or we fully refund you all payments you made, including your booking fees.
